Don Gray
Chief Executive Officer
Don Gray has been investing and developing real estate for 15+ years and has built a successful portfolio of real estate assets (including 20 residential properties in Brisbane using the same business model of Search, Improve, Profit). In addition, Don has 20+ years of experience in management consulting primarily in IT and digital transformation for clients such as the Queensland Government TechnologyOne, Aurizon and many more.
Mustakeem Babiriya
Operations Manager
Mustakeem Babiriya heads up the Operations team at Real Estate Science Fund, where he helps the senior portfolio managers and analysts with various operational tasks and helps run the fund successfully overall. Mustakeem has completed his bachelors in IT from Griffith University and has worked several years in the blockchain industry.
Nathan Fowler
Investment Analyst
Nathan is a trained economist with extensive experience in the fields of property market analysis and data science. In addition to his work with our team, Nathan serves as Head of Research for a leading Australian buyer’s agency. Nathan also holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland and has completed postgraduate studies in data science.
Simon Marmot
Marketing Director
Simon Marmot is a seasoned marketing leader with an executive career spanning over 30 years across agency side at Saatchi & Saatchi in Sydney, London and Vietnam offices before embarking on a series of Marketer Director roles for Mamamia, TIME Magazine, Bell Direct, Global Forex Trading and CUDO.
